Right I told you bake it at 350 for 40 minutes and it is always a good idea to check in about 30-35 because every bodies oven is calibrated a little different. I'm going to take a toothpick or a skewer insert it in the center of the cake. It came out clean, just going to do it in the other one just to make sure. Clean so I'm going to take it out, put it on a rake for about 10 minutes and then I'm going to take it out of the pan. Well I have cool them on the rake for about 10 minutes and I'm going to invert them. This is why I love non-stick cooking spray. That is great. Make sure you use pot holders you don't want to have a burn. Ops of course nothing soothes a burn like a homemade chocolate cake. Right. That's right. Look at that beautiful. We are going to let these cool a little bit longer and then we are going to fill them and frost them.
