Applying Liquid Eyeliner

Thank for joining me at expertvillage.com. Hi I'm Yvette Parish, and this is my beautiful model Tam Welton today, and what we are going to be doing is doing a dramatic make over on Tam. The plum smokey look. Now what we are going to do some different eyeliners. There is a liquid liner that you can use for a dramatic effect. The liquid liners have a different kind of wand. The have some the are sponge tip, there is some that are made out of brushes, brush bristle. This one is kind of a sponge tip. It is one of my favorite eyeliners. I'm going to apply her here you hold the base thank you ma'am. I'm going to apply it very close to her lashes and I'm lifting up her eye. See I'm kind of lifting it up ever so gently, so that way I can get under there. I want to be able to get as close to lash line as possible. Okay open. What that does...eyeliner is really suppose to make your eyelashes look thicker. So that is what I'm trying to do. I'm really basing doing this, so that way her lashes would look even more fabulous. Close. I'm going to lift up every so gently. You can use pencil. Pencil is always good. But pencil won't be as much drama. So it really depends. Since we are doing a dramatic look, we can go with the liquid. You can wet the black eyeshadow and just dip your brush in, and you can apply it that way like we did the other model.
