Alright so we are making a miso soup Christy tell us again how long do we simmer it in the pot. You could simmer it to get the vegetables to make a broth for about 10-15 minutes. Then you turn the flame off and you put the miso in and let the miso become active in the pot for about 10 minutes. Oh okay. Miso is good for what? It is good for your digestive system so it is a digest aid and it is all around healing component of the macrobiotic diet. And in here you use this diet kom that is chopped up. Yeah this is a diet kom which a lot of people don't know what this is when they see it at the store. But, it is Japanese and it is a roe vegetable and its really good at pulling old fat and old diary from the body. Oh that is great. So as people are transition from a meat diet to a meatless diet I'm going to try this. Exactly. I love miso soup. That is great. Wow. And you could add any vegetables that you want so you can make it different everyday so its not the same old soup. Oh that is a good idea you could put some green in it. Yeap. And then have this it doesn't matter you have this for breakfast, lunch, or dinner right. And you could change up the different style of miso soup it is never the same soup. That is delicious.
