Cooking Macrobiotic Meals With a Blender & Food Processor

Hi Nili Nathan on behalf of Expert Village I'm here in the kitchen with Christy Morgan and do we need next to get started. Well you don't have to have a vital mix you could just have a regular blender. I use this for making sauces, or pureeing soups, and it is the highest quality blinder possible. I have one. But, you don't have to have one you just can have a regular blender. Okay. Or you don't even need a blender you could just have a food processor. Okay. Which this is Cuisinart and this was my aunts it is probably older then what I am but, they make new ones now. I use it to process like soup to make puree soups. Oh great what is this interesting right. This is the Sara ... . Sara .... this is kind of a old style of blending things and making sauces or making glomso which is a condiment and you roast the sea salt in the sesame seeds and then you grind it together. So this is what this if for. Interesting. What could we buy something like this? Probably at a Japanese market or a Japanese store. Okay.
