So now we have come to the dehydration section. This is a dehydrator; it’s the Excalibur dehydrator. It’s actually the most efficient dehydrator on the market in my mind. This a dehydrator tray. This is a screen, the tray, and then we have a teflex sheet that comes with it. In order to be able to dehydrate you have two choices. Either you put something right on the screen or on the teflex sheet. Now, what we would did with our ready flax cracker or our wrap that you have seen before; you dehydrate on a teflex sheet that has a reason because it should stay soft and don’t dehydrate all the way so that you have the flexibility to actually wrap something. Now, what you do is you take a plastic, but the best way of rolling onto the dehydrator sheets, I use plastic bags from the food section of the health food stores. That’s the best way of doing it. You can cut that open instead of having parchment paper that gets soggy and you can’t really work with it. I found out this is the easiest and the cheapest way of doing it.
