What we will do now is I will cut it in half, the way we make our burritos. Then I fill again. Lettuce, it’s always are base. Then we have a Mexican putty. The Mexican putty is similar to the Italian putty. The only difference is this is made with sunflower seeds. The Italian is made with almonds and Brazil nuts, white Brazil nuts, because Brazil nuts have a lot of fat. Everything is fat taste good, even in raw food. Sunflower seeds of course, have also a lot of fat, but it has a different consistency. It has a lot of protein, which is important. To imitate a little of the cook beans, I figured out that sunflower seeds are the better part. What we are doing here now is we add again a little bit of marinara. You can also add onions. If you like onions, you can add a lot of onion with it. We add a little bit of cilantro, and then we add a little bit of almond cream; that replaces practically the sour cream in a burrito, a tostada, or whatever you do. Then we can add again a little bit of avocado, a little bit of bell pepper, and a little bit of olives. What we do then is we roll the whole thing together. Of course, really rolling is not possible, otherwise the door would break, but we fold it together as good as we can to a nice little package, and this is your burrito.
