How to Tie a Simple Simon Knot

Hi! My name is Dan, and I am here with Expert Village today to show you how to tie a simple simon knot. It’s a bend, which means you tie two lines together. It looks more like a square knot with an attitude, so here you go. You take a bend in one line for a bite, pass your line down through, around, come up and that is a simple simon knot. I can tie it for you one more time. Take a bite, go down. It can also be used as a decorative knot, and it is very nice and symmetrical… so that is the simple simon knot.
