How to Do the Advanced Jazz Slide
I’m Kelly-Anne. On behalf of Expert Village, I’ll be demonstrating advanced jazz dancing techniques. This is an advanced jazz run called a jazz slide. Where the run would be going forward, this is actually going to turn your body sideways. You step to the side, tondue left, and arch up. As the leg crosses, the arm comes through. So it’s slide, slide. To the right it is slide, slide, slide. To the left; same thing. Left arm up, right arm tondues in all postion. Crossing through, hand comes through. Arm out, slide, slide. Thanks for watching advanced jazz dancing on Expert Village. I’m Kelly-Anne. You can visit me at 56dance.com. Special thank you to the Goddess store for letting us use their studio.
