Over & Under Spin: Hacky Sack Tips & Tricks

Hi! My name is J, we’re talking to you guys today about simple hacky sack strategy skills for you to learn whenever you’re playing hacky sacks with your friends or you know at the park by yourself or whatnot. This one is called the over and under spin, that’s what I call it. You’re going to go from the basic stall, when the ball lifts up in the air you bring your right foot over, you catch it and you toss it up. This move seems extremely hard and actually it is extremely hard but you can do it in about 3 weeks. This is some of the most basic stuff for you to learn until you get to the more advance moves, the 3 ab moves and the 4 ab moves. This one is very simple, let me show you what it looks like…and you go from the basic stall and you’re going to go over and under just like that, very simple. Let me show you one more time…over and under just like that. This one you can achieve pretty quickly, let me show you what it looks like again…let me show you from the back side because I’ll end up that way…just like that very simple, very simple.
