Poi Spinning Corkscrew: Figure 8 Arm Movement

So corkscrew is a very versatile move, we can do it both in equal time. Or split time. It's actually much more natural to do it in split time like this then it is in equal time but both are beautiful and it's nice to transition from one to the other. So practice that going from equal time to split time. Together and then following, so imagine that you are making a figure eight up and down. This is a three dimensional figure eight, it's not just in one plane. You can also keep your hands close together like this and the poi may want to naturally split apart or come together. And it's fine to let them, if your chains or your strings cross just kind of keep spinning them gently until they come back apart.
