How to Make Liquid Starch for a Piñata
Hello, my name is Cindy Glover and on behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm now going to make the liquid starch mixture for the piñata. The liquid starch mixture is purely straight liquid starch, pour it into your bowl and start dipping. This is the easiest way and if you prefer the flour and water they also have a cook method and you simply cook your flour and water until it is warm and after mixing gets that consistency of glue and remember to over lap each piece smoothing all edges down. If you are making a pig piñata, an animal, a five star piñata or what ever with which would need to develop a shape, you can use a small Dixie cup placing it on the balloon, first dipping your strip, getting rid of the excess and simply just cover the cup onto the balloon. This would dry over night, apply your second coat of newspaper and repeat the process 1-2 times.
