Hi Malik the magic guy for expertvillage.com more on the charlier cut. Now I've showed you how to do it with two packets like this. Now I want to show you some other ways to do it. If you lift up you can push through like this, you can flap this half all the way back so it would open up like a book, and then you can use your fingers to close that up like that. Let me do that one more time. Just like that. If you do it up to speed you would have something like this, and you can flap that back. You can also flop both halves this way. You can just flop one this way just close it like a book and you can do it with three packages. Now the way you want to do this is you want to drop a small packet and push it up, you want to sort of block that in up here, and t hen you want to drop another packet and push that up so that comes across just like that. Now one interesting thing that you can do with a three packet charlier cut is you can keep the top card on top of the deck so you can see diamonds. The way that you want to do that is you drop one packet, you push it, you are going to drop another packet, but this time you are going to let this card fall. So it is going to look like this and that would keep the ace of diamonds on top of the deck. Let me do that for you one more time, and that looks like a cut with the cards... the ace of diamonds stays on top. So that is a few variations on the charlier cut. Have fun with it and practice hard.
