How to Handle Romantic Rejection

Hi, I'm Art Malov from New York Dating Couch in New York City and I'm the author of Park Bench dating. In this clip we're going to talk about how to handle a romantic rejection. And here is two interesting things. Guys are paralyzed from approach anxiety and or romantic rejection. And which is essentially the same thing. Which is means, you know when you're afraid that the girl going to say no to you, and so what it does is it actually prevents you from doing more approaches. So what you want to do is in fact, don't handle approach as rejection. So think about there is no rejection. And the way you want to see it is, there is experience. So every approach you do should be an experience, so looking at it as a learning experience rather than, Oh, it's rejection. Because rejection you take personal. Experience expands your horizons So by taking risks, by taking different you know, by thinking differently about experience, sort of approach as experience not rejection, you're going to be able to meet a lot more women and have a lot more fun.
