How to Check Windshield Washer Fluid Level
Hi! This is John on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this video clip, I will be showing you how to check your windshield washer fluid levels. As you take a look at your engine, your windshield washer reservoir is usually located around the outside of your engine. This one happens to be located right here. It is easy to tell that it is the windshield washer fluid because there is a picture of a little windshield with water coming out. This one also says windshield washer fluid only. What I like to do is wipe off the top with a rag before I remove it so that no debris or dirt accidentally gets inside of my windshield washer reservoir. When I open it up, I’ll take a look inside. The windshield washer is typically blue. I can go ahead and shake that reservoir and see where the blue liquid moves around. Most cars will have a fill line that will tell you whether to add or fill your windshield washer fluid but a lot of times you can just go ahead and top it off.
