Hi! On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Jean Hurley from Siegels Day Spa in Cottonwood, Arizona and we are working on cranial-sacral release therapy. The next hold is called a temporal wobble and basically you are holding the hand and you are going to wobble back and forth; it releases fluids again. Great for migraines, backaches, pituitary gland and we are going to lift the head slightly, you hold it thumbs expanded out, no pressure from the thumbs and simply wobble the head; not trying to make someone dizzy or really stir up the fluids in the skull but just a nice wobble waiting for that cranial sacral fluids on pulse rate 6 to 8 times per minute. I feel it a J-hook and just wobbling the head back and forth. It is a great release for migraines. Again, this hold can be held up to 10 minutes at the client’s discretion.
