Hmm.. With your left hand thumb constantly on the Bb thumb key, how do you play B natural?

Flute Hand Positioning
Hi, my name is Sarah for Expert Village.com. I am here today to talk to you about positioning your hands on your flute. As you can see, this is the normal flute position. Your thumb, your left hand thumb goes here on the B-flat key. Your other fingers of your left hand go on this key and the next two go on the A-flat key. Your right hand your thumb will just rest on the body of the flute and your next three go on the last three keys of the flute. Your right pinky will be back here for pressing the C-sharp key, the C key and all these.
