Helen McMahon for Expert Village. We’re going to make a very interesting treat today. This is a very small white confection that goes by several names. It’s actually a meringue and it can be called meringue kisses or meringue cookies or forgotten cookies and I’ll explain why it’s forgotten but we’ll come to that in just a minute. First thing that we need to do is turn the oven on to 375 degrees you want to get that started before you begin the procedure here. So the oven is now set for 375 degrees and this is the way we prepare the pan. I put some aluminum foil over one side and I’m going to continue that so that the pan is completely covered and in this case it needs to be a flat cookie sheet without any edges. You don’t have to worry about the dough rolling out and now our pan is ready to go.
