Magic Birthday Party Favor Ideas : Magic Trick Gifts for Parties
Tim Mannix, Professional Magician, in Los Angeles. Hey birthday party mom’s. You may want to create your own giveaways, what people call loot bags or goodie bags. Some magicians sell them. I sell things that go into them that are magic themed called birthday magic tricks. You can go there or get these on a on-line party store. It doesn’t matter. This is an awesome trick; called the floating match trick. Basically you have a card and a match. Okay. I always give the disclaimer now kids you know don’t play with matches but the match rather simply rests on the card. The other card you sort of dip it down. What happens is really as you can see (I will lift it up here in a little bit) the match begins the float on the card and you can even pass another card underneath it. So that is the floating match and of course with your magical powers you just make it go right back into place and that is the floating match trick. Ooh, better be careful. Relatively inexpensive. All available on birthdaymagictricks. Make up your own loot bags. This is the classic coin, we don’t call it a coin vase, but a coin slide. It is a little drawer and it slides out and you put a quarter in it and when you put it in the opposite way it makes the quarter disappear. It is very easy to do. Very visual. Your child can immediately do magic. Here is a great item that I love a lot. I sell this on my site. It is a magic coloring book and it’s not the trick. I literally have kids that say hey I can’t make it change color. It’s not the trick kids. It is really a coloring book. Magicians doing tricks in the front in the back are actual magic tricks. It is kind of two in one, very colorful and extremely inexpensive. I have a book of 65 tricks. They are all age appropriate. In fact some of these tricks you have learned on this site here at Expert Village. Trick decks this is the classic singolly deck. Somebody would select a card and the entire deck would turn into the selected card and of course you could change it back. You know when you are 7 do you really want a ball and vase, No! So give them a singolly deck. It is cheaper to buy them from the magician. He buys things in quantity than it is when you start shopping at party stores you can spend $50 to $150 just like that. So to keep your cost down I would actually by them from a magician. So good luck and have a wonderful party.
