Ginger Shrimp: Heat Oil

Alright, now we're going to start making our ginger shrimp. So, we'll turn our front burner, up to about seven or eight. And, we're going to add a tablespoon of oil. While, we're waiting for that to heat up, we're going to give our shrimp a little toss, and so our lemon juice has just started to cook our shrimp. And, the oil is starting to warm up, so we're going to move the oil, so it covers all of the bottom of the pan. And then, we're going to add a half tablespoon of sesame oil. We're going to go ahead and add our shrimp, and, just a little bit of our marinate.
