Thank you for visiting expertvillage.com we are going to be discussing different makeup applicators. Alright I'm going to lift up ever so gently. You can use pencil. Pencils are always good but, pencil won't be as much drama. So it really depends if you are doing a dramatic look we can go with the liquid. You can wet a black eyeshadow and dip your brush in and you can apply it that way. Like we did the other model.
