Belly Dancing Reverse Undulations: Traveling to Right Foot With Press Down Arms

Let's add a fun variation to your rocking reverse undulation by adding our press down arms. Hi I'm Johanna and this is Karen and we're here with Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg Florida. Let's start with our reverse rocking undulation. So stepping back with the right foot, sit and tuck, forward foot, roll up, and we're going to take four steps to the side. Right, left, right, and left. Right foot goes back, right, left, back the other way, right, and left, and right, left, right, left, and back, right, left, right, let's add the arms. Arms are going to come up as we travel one direction, two, three, four, press down. One, two, three, four. Good bring the arms up nice and smooth, two , three, four. Bring them down, one, good, elbows up, press that energy down the body. Good. Coming up, two, three, four. Press down the body, two, three, four. Good. Drill that in front of a mirror until it's nice and clean and smooth and then I'll see you out on the dance floor with your rocking reverse undulation, with press down arms.
