How to Make a Flower Pot Stairstep Shadow Box

Hello this is Jenny with simple beautiful crafts on behalf of expertvillage.com. I would like to show you another way to turn this triple cd case into a shadow box. I love little clay pots and I also love little artificial flowers that look real and I have a collection of pots and I though if I turned this this way and march it up the wall wouldn't that be a fun way to display some of my clay pots. I looked on the back of my shadow box and there is hanger here but there is not one over here. So before I would put anything in it I would put picture hangers probably here and here so my shadow box would hang evenly the way that I want it to hang. After I have decided that I want to put little pots in it I have a variety of pots and I have different flowers in them. If you can't find pots that already have the flowers in them you can get this little pots they are very inexpensive and you can get the foam put it in the pot and just play around with different flower until you have what you want. So what I thought I would do would be to put this largest pot in the bottom and just graduate the pots on up. I didn't know whether I like the look of the one little pot or if I liked the look of the little pot that was the little pitcher or if I actually like both of them in there at the same time. You can do this with it or you can even put one on top. Technically in wouldn't be a shadow box but it would be on top. Of course you can just arrange and rearrange them until you have the look that you want and then you can hang them on your wall and can even leave your plain white wall behind it or you can back your shadow box with some color paper and change the look entirely. That is how I turn a box 3-D holder into a flower pot shadow box.
