Hi my name is Alaina, and I’m going to be speaking on behalf of Expert Village. And today, I’m going to give you a few pointers on art. One of the artist tools we use is this little figure and you can get a male or female version in order to draw the human form, it makes it easy because if you want to bend the person to different shapes, he bends at all the joints, you can see if an arm is coming straight out at you, what is it going to look like. And then if you have a light source as well, you put a light against one side of it you can see what on the body shape is going to light up and what is going to be shadowed. So it makes it easier for you draw human form if you don’t have someone standing there in front of you and we’re going to start off with the color wheel, it’s one of the most basic artist tools that you can use and the main three colors are blue, red and yellow. And what the artist wheel does is actually give you all the intermediate colors in between the red and yellow, and the yellow and blue, and the blue and red, of what these colors if you mix them together, what they would make. So it’s easy to go through and it shows you what if you add black to it what the color would look like, if you had white to it, if you add another color to it of the three primary colors what the colors will turn out to look like. So it’s a simple tool to use before you have to mix colors.
