Why bother with watching this? She just says "get a book" instead of showing how it's done.

Drawing Human Muscle & Bone Structure
Hi my name is Alaina, and I’m going to be speaking on behalf of Expert Village. And I’m going to be giving some art tips today. In order to draw a human form completely accurately its important to know the muscles and the bone structure of the human form. Just a way to learn that would be possibly drawing a basic figure first and then go back in and look you can find any art book of the human form will have any skeletal or muscular design of your person, and then if you go back in, draw the skeleton of the person first and then you can see how the muscles overlap the skeleton and that way you can go back in and understand how the curves of the body work in order to draw the curves of the muscles accurately to the person.
