Let's come up with some things, that will really help people, in terms of how do you alleviate stress? So what would that be? Well, one of the things you need is rest. You need to spend some time alone. You need to provide for yourself, that time to pray, meditate, read, just sit there and think, dream. Maybe you need a counselor. Maybe you need some time with a pastor or a mentor. Somebody to talk to, when you've got situations that seem to be overwhelming. Everyone of us needs to pay attention to this. This is something that you can teach. This is something you can encourage. You can even provide in your company, time to be made available for this. Why do we take vacations, when most of our vacations end up being stressful? But taking some time off, letting somebody one day a week, go home early, a couple of hours. You can plan for this, and give them time where they can actually devote to that, and it can even still be on the clock. He's still on his payroll, but the time has been allocated for that, so think about that in your own life. Being the CEO, is maybe the most stressful position, and are you jumping at your employees? Are you demanding more and more, or are you finding yourself caring about their needs, as well as your own? If you're under stress, this can be very difficult for you, to create an environment of rest, for your employees. When I say rest, I'm not talking about non productivity. I'm talking about the absence of a pressure that's there, that causes people to really freeze up, and not be themselves, and not have a caring attitude about the customer, and part of this relief of stress, is also going to broadcast itself to your customers, the people you're there to serve, with whatever your product or service might be.
