Alright another good thing you can do while you are on a long flight, is to get up out of your chair and get into the aisle. And then once you get into the aisle let's do some squats, this is going to move your whole body, get the blood flowing and make you feel better. So when you are out in the aisle, stand with your feet shoulder width apart, point your toes out just a little bit, put your weight on your heels and then slowly sit down into a deep knee bend. And then come up, if you do about thirty of these it's going to help shake out the cobwebs, get blood flowing through your body, you are going to feel a lot better. Furthermore, if you get a little bit of turbulence this is going to be a great balance exercise. So don't skip it. A great exercise to do while you are in your chair is shrugs. This will help you relax through the shoulders and neck. So take your arms let them hang near your sides. Now breathe out and lift your shoulders up as high as you can and then squeeze them back and down. So try to go through a rolling motion. Remember to keep breathing.
