Etude Seven for Classical Guitar: Part 7
Hi! My name is John Armstrong with expertvillage.com. I’m a professional guitar instructor, and today I’ll be discussing some advanced classical guitar pieces. Upon completion of measure 20, measures 21 and 22 as I stated earlier, reintroduce us back to into the theme we’re working out of that A minor, so nothing really new there, but in measure 23 if you notice, we have a symbol telling us that we’re borrowing the 3rd fret. For the next 2 phrases here, the next 2 groups of notes, working out of a inverted G minor 7 chord, then an A7 chord. So here’s that measure again, measure 23. Measure 24. Measure 25. You have to do the arpeggio using your PI and A fingers. Notice that little shift there with my 3rd finger on the left hand. So measures 23 and 24. Again. So from measure 21 on, 21, 22, 23, and 24.
