You know, sparklers and consumer fireworks can add fun to any party or holiday event. Hi! I'm Captain Joe Bruni with over 3 decades of firefighting and emergency medical service experience. The common consumer firework and the common consumer sparkler can be a great deal of fun at any party or holiday event. However, these items are strictly for outdoor use only. Sparklers and consumer fireworks should never be used indoors or under the covering of any type of building like a tent or some type of a pavilion or anything along those lines. During periods of inclement weather, consumer fireworks should not be used, unless they can be used outdoors. Never take even something as simple as a consumer sparkler and be underneath any type of covering like a pavilion, tent, or any other type of out building. Consumer fireworks are strictly for outdoor use only. Follow these safety guidelines and have a safe holiday season. I'm Captain Joe Bruni, stay safe, and we'll see you next time.
