Female Model Sitting Posture

OK, first I'd like to show how a lady should sit down properly in order to become a professional model. Also it's very handy at a job interview, getting in and out of your car or sitting anywhere actually. First as you go down your feet are in a basic position. You're going to notice mine where if you looked at a clock my feet are at about five after ten. OK, what I'm going to do now is slightly bend at the knee and my knees we all know as ladies we all want to keep our together. So as I'm going down my hands are lightly reaching for the chair so that I can keep my perfect posture. I'm sitting at the edge of the chair and now I'm going to move to the middle of the chair. Now I'd like for the ladies to see how I place my hands. My right hand goes right to the top of my left thigh and my left hand is place right on top of the other hand. So it's relaxed it's also allows me to know I have a place for my hands in a professional sitting position. Now my feet just once again look that I've keep my knees together. So important for women and my feet in a basic position. With my right heel right into the left foots big toe. That's an easy way for me to see if I'm thinking about a clock. I could say it's about five after ten with my feet but it's easy for me just to pull my right foot into my left big toe and then I know my knees are together. My body has alignment in such a way. That I attained my perfect posture. Shoulders still lightly down and back and my hands are in place. OK and what I've just showed you is how a lady sits down properly to become a professional model. Now I'd like to show you just a little bit of difference in how a man should sit down. In order to become professional model or just for his job interview. Whatever the professional setting is.
