Hi, I'm Johanna, and this is Karen. And we're here with Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg Florida. Lets work on our grapevine step with our rocking undulation. So as we step forward with the right foot, right foot is going to cross over, and we're going to undulate up, step back with the left foot, and roll down. Okay. Then we're going to cross right foot behind the left, and then left foot in front. And we're just going to touch that foot, so we're going to go forward, middle, back, and touch; forward, middle, back, and touch; and forward, middle, back, and touch. So, lift in the front, roll down on the back, lift in the back and touch. Lift, down, lift, and touch; 1,2,3,4; 1,2,3,4; double time, 1,2,3,4; 1,2,3,4; 1,2,3,4; 1,2,3. Very nice. Practice that in the mirror, and take it out on the dance floor.
