Belly Dance: Forward Travel Rocking Undulations With Press Down Arm Variation

Hi I'm Johanna and this is Karen, and we're here with Hip Expressions Belly Dance studio in St. Petersburg Florida; let's work on our rocking undulation switching leading feet traveling forward with our press down arms variation. So our foot work is going to be right left right and switch; slide that foot forward, left right left; so we're adding the undulation to that, you may want to reference some of our other clips where we break down these a little in a little more detail before we put it all together; good, let's add the arms so arms are going to come up on 1 2 and down on 3 4; ready and 1 2 come down 3 hold, roll down; good, left right left press down roll, good; right left lift and roll down, good; excellent. Let's do that again; so keep your shoulder blades down, ready and right left right press down roll; left right left press down roll, good. Practice in front of a mirror until your moves are nice and smooth, and then you can take then out on the dance floor.
