Hi I'm Johanna and this is Karen, and we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance studio in St. Petersburg Florida. Let's work on our rocking undulation traveling forward with our pressed down arms, so we start with the right foot forward and we're going to switch our weight so it's going to be right foot left foot right foot; switch the weight and left right left, and switch. So we break down all these moves in other clips that we have so you may want to reference some of those before we put it all together here; good, alright let's try it with the arms; so arms are going to come up; right left right and hold, and come down on the left; right left and hold coming up on the right, left right and hold come down; left right and hold, very nice; good. Again arms come up; keep the shoulder blades down, ready and right left right; and hold come down, left right left; let's try that double time and right left right, left right left; right left right, left right left; very nice! Practice that in front of a mirror and soon you'll be able to take it out onto the dance floor.
