Belly Dance: Forward Travel Rocking Undulations With Sunrise Sunset Arm Variation

Hi, I'm Johanna, and this is Karen. And we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg Florida. Let's work on our rocking undulation traveling forward, with our sunrise, sunset arm variation. So we do cover some of these moves in other clips, you may want to review them before putting them all together. So here we go. Right, left, right, slide the foot up; and left, right, left, slide the foot up; and right, left, add your undulation, good; and left, right, left, good. Let's add the arms to that. Arms come up on, 1,2, and down on 3,4; 6,7,8; and 1,2, down on, 3,4; and 1,2, down on, 3,4; up on 1,2, down on 3,4. The foot work is, left, right, left, roll down, hold on the left foot; and right, left, right, hold right foot; double time. And left, right, left, hold; right, left, right, hold; left, right, left, hold; right, left, right, hold, good. Practice that in front of a mirror until you get it nice and smooth, and then you can take it out on the dance floor.
