Hi I'm Johanna and this is Karen, and we're from Hip Expressions Belly Dance studio in St. Petersburg Florida; let's take our rocking undulation travel to the side leading with the right foot and you are sloping arms o.k. So let's start with our right foot forward; left foot back, knees bent; so as we travel you want to make sure that you stay the same level here, so we're going from the right foot to the left foot; right foot, step out with the right; good. We're going to drop our right shoulder and keep our right hand down pointed towards the floor, and left arm's going to be up as we travel to the right. And as we switch sides drop the left arm; bring the right arm up, crossover with the right foot so our right foot always; is always keeping time with the beat, right left; right left, right left; crossover right left, good. Nice smooth arms; you don't want to change the arms too suddenly or too quickly alright, keep it dancing; keep it flowing, double time and right left; right left, right left; right left, right left; good, excellent; beautiful, get it nice and smooth; drill it in front of a mirror and soon you'll be floating right across the dance floor.
