Hi, I'm Johanna and this is Karen and we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. Let's take our Rocking Undulation, we're going to travel to the side leading with our right foot. And we're going to switch that by changing our arms, okay. We're going to use our L Arms, so keep the shoulder blades down, the right hand is going to be out in shoulder level, the left hand is going to be up. Now watch that left hand because it will tend to start to sink down. So keep it up nice and straight. As we travel to the right, we're going to keep our right arm out, lead with our right foot. Ready? And, right, rock back on left, right, left. Now as we switch direction, we're going to go to the left, still leading with the right foot, but we're going to switch the arms. Good. So right foot's crossing over now. Good. Now right foot's stepping out to the side, nice, soft switch with the arms. Good. So this leads the eye in the direction that you're traveling and I'm switching directions and switching sides with the arms. Right foot is still leading. Right, left, right, left, right, left, right, let's try it a little faster. And; right, left, right, left, right, left, good. So you have a nice soft movement with the body, soft movement with the arms and nice soft undulation. Good. Excellent. Practice in front of a mirror, and soon you'll be floating across the dance floor.
