Hi, I'm Johanna, and this is Karen. And we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg Florida. Let's work on our rocking undulation. And we're going to add a press down with the arms, and it's a variation on another press down that we have on another clip. So, let's start with our footwork. It's going to be, right, left, right, and hold, roll down here, good; left, right. If you're having trouble with the foot work, please refer to one of our other clips where we talk about how to switch sides with the rocking undulation; roll down, good. So now we're going to add the arms, they're going to come up on one side, and down on the other, good. Coming up on the right; right, left, right, roll down; keep the arms up now, press down nice and slow, good, highlight that undulation. Good. Coming up on the right, good. Make sure you're here, that your hand is not towards, not forward, okay. You want your arms to be out to your sides, framing your body. Okay, coming up, out to the sides, frame that body, frame that beautiful picture you're making, and then come down, press down as the undulation rolls down your body. A little faster. And, 1,2,3, come down; 1,2,3, good; 1,2,3, come down; 1,2,3, good. Make sure you drill both sides until you have a nice smooth undulation, and you'll be floating across the dance floor.
