Hi I'm Johanna and this is Karen, and we're from Hip Expressions Belly Dance studio in St. Petersburg Florida; let's work on our rocking undulation and add our press down with our arms, so the arms are going to come up; sunrise arms and press down the body keeping the elbows lifted so our foot work's going to be right left, right and press down; left right, left and undulate down as you press the arms down 2 3 4; 1 2 press down 3 4, good; right left, right press down; left right, left; nice smooth arms and smooth body movements, good; 3 4, 1 2 3; try it a little faster, 4 and 1 2 3 4; 1 2 3 4, 1 2 3 4; good, excellent. So drill that so it's nice and smooth, and you'll be dancing across the floor in no time at all.
