Belly Dance: Rocking Undulations With Sunrise Sunset Arms

Hi I'm Johanna and this is Karen, and we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dancing studio in St. Petersburg Florida. So we're going to work on our rocking undulation and we're going to add our sunrise sunset arms, so sunrise arms come up and sunset arms come down; good. Keep your shoulders down; you don't want to loose your neck up in here right? And hunch the chest under so keep the chest lifted; arms come up, shoulder blades stay down and down; good and our foot work is going to be right left, right and switch; left right, left and switch; arms come up 2 3 and hold, and down 2 3; a little faster, ready and 1 2 3 and down 2 3 4; 1 2 3 4 left right left, good. Keep those shoulder blades pulling down your back and remember to undulate in between here so it's 1 2 3 undulate down; 1 2 3 good. Practice out in front of a mirror until it gets nice and smooth, and you'll be dancing across the floor in no time.
