Belly Dance: Rocking Undulations With L Arms

Hi, I'm Johanna and this is Karen and we're here with Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio to show you how to Belly Dance. So now let's take our Rocking Undulation and we're going to add the L Arms to it. So we're going to start with our right foot forward, we're going to go right foot, left foot and right foot and roll down. Good. Left foot, right foot, left foot and to add our arms, we're going to put our right arm out, if our right foot is forward and then switch the arms. Good. The arms don't move a whole lot, so you don't want to be kind of waving them all around to switch sides. Just a very simple switch, three and four. Good. One, two, three and four. Good. Keep the shoulder blades down. You don't want to lose your neck, three, four. Good. Create a frame that you're moving around. Good. Keep the hands nice and pretty. A little faster. One, two, three, roll down. One, two, three, roll down. Arms move nice and smooth, so they're not suddenly switching sides. Nice and smooth. Right, left, right. Left, right, left. Good. Beautiful. You'll be dancing across the floor in no time.
