Hi, I'm Johanna, and this is Karen. And we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg Florida, to show you how to belly dance. So we're going to start with our rocking undulation, taking in a turn, and adding our sunrise, and press down arms. So we do go over these different actions in other clips, so you might want to reference those. But we have those nice and tight, you can put them all together. Ready, start with the right foot forward, and it's going to be right, left, so get in the swing of things. Add that undulation, arms are going to come up; 2,3,4, press down, 5,6,7; switch the feet left side; now left, right, left, right; press down, left, right, left, and switch sides. A little faster; 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8; and 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8; very nice. Now drill that in front of a mirror so it's nice and smooth, and then you can take it out on the dance floor.
