Hi, I'm Johanna, and this is Karen. And we're here with Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg Florida. Lets take our rocking undulation and turn with it and add our sunrise and sunset arms. These moves are broken down in other clips that we have, so if you'd like a more detailed explanation, please refer to those. Alright, lets start with the right foot forward, and arms are going to come up for 4 and down for 4 counts. Ready, turning to the right, 7, 8; and, right, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8; and left, 2,3,4, down, 6,7,8; and right, 2,3,4,5,6,7, switch, left, 2,3,4,5,6, good. And make sure those feet are switching; right, left, right, switch. Roll down with that undulation, with the switch, 5,6,7, switch, good. Keep the shoulder blades down. No bobbing up and down, so watch yourself in the mirror to make sure that your moves are nice and distinct, and nice and clear. Good. Practice that, and then take that out on the dance floor.
