How to Make A Room Feel Warm
Hi my name is Frank Clarke with Oliver and Associates Realty in London Ontario on behalf of expertvillage.com. I want to talk to you about interesting little things that you can do with maybe ornaments or old jugs of vases maybe they be decanters etc. they may be laying around the house things that you don't generally use but you want to really really play up the staging of your home and the decorating of your home and you want to make everything tidy and work. Well I have a interesting trick for old decanters which are no longer used. I would suggest that you take a decanter like this fill it with your favorite bath salt. I'm sure that the bath salt would have some interesting color to them. Take you decanter fill it. Maybe in this decanter you would fill it with well I don't know bubble bath. Your bubble bath might be dark green, or blue, or pink, or something interesting like that and that is okay. The clear decanters would look beautiful once you have put things in them. I suggest in that point that you take your decanters and you laid them here besides for example in this home we have a soaker tub a nice corner soaker tub we would lay a couple of filled decanters there. We might take a towel lay our towel over the edge of the tub. This type of staging this type of decorating really makes the room feel welcoming and warm and comfortable. But something else that people have around a lot in the 60s, mid 70s and know they are just sitting there collection dust are big jugs and decanters and things like this. I suggest that you take a item like this polish it all up and just maybe just sitting on your counter top. May be beside it put a candle that matches it. Just create a space that is comfortable. Number one in selling a house color, cleanses, and creating a space that is comfortable.
