How to Decorate a Bathroom

Hi my name is Frank Clarke with Oliver and Associates Realty in London Ontario on behalf of expertvillage.com. I want to speak to your for a bathroom. Bathrooms can be sometimes the dirty's place in the house and the one that is hardest to be kept clean. Now I want you to know we are in a model home and this is set up for presentation in regards to open house hour continuously. In your home it is important to kind of take that attitude make sure your toothpaste, your toothbrush and all those things are put away. If you have drawer just tuck them away but with that I must say the drawers should also be nice and neat inside because people would open those drawers in a resale house to look at the space and to look at the cleanness. Now in this case when it comes to decorating we have a nice neutral vinyl floor to work with so we chose this nice color to go on the wall which is a brown neat toppy color and what we thought what we will do is throw in something a little bit unusual for a color. So this orange color vase with this interesting little figs in it actually reflect well in the mirror and introduces a new color that we can throw in to the towel for example. So this is all part of staging but keep in mind before you can stage a home you';ll really need to decorate the house. So if you happen to have a bright blue bathroom and bright blue fixtures and your concern is well blue just don't sell so well. Well with that attitude work with those blue fixtures. Introduce something else as a color. Maybe paint over those bright blue walls and just use that baby blue or that pink or what ever you happen to fixture wise as a accent color within that room because not everyone is lucky enough to have a brand new bathroom like this one is .
