My name is Cristy Nix with stoneblessings.com, we're talking about the four levels of self: spiritual self, mental self, emotional self and physical self and how they're all inter-connected. We are now talking about the mental body which is, mentally how we process information. It is our practicality, whether we're introverted or extroverted. How we process and assimilate all things coming in from outside of us as well as our internal processing systems, how we feel, how we think about things, how we wrap our mind around information, however that comes to us. Our mental body often, when we find it out of whack or out of balance can tend to be, we get really frustrated with things. We seem kind of scatter-brain and can't wrap our mind around basic tasks. Doing math, throws you for a loop, even though you have a calculator sitting right in front of you. It also can cause headaches. And one of the best ways to get out of a mental, just glitch in the system is to do something that makes you laugh or something that gives you a release. Even a smile is actually a stress reliever and will help elevate your energy to a more fun point of view. You need to not take yourself so seriously and it's amazing how, that answer that has been eluding you, just pops right back into your head. So, a keep a health mental body.
