You should feel that on both backside of your legs. Go ahead and count by yourself. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20. Again he is not bounce or jumping. Nice and steady. If you feel you can go down further feel free half way through to push yourself a little bit further.
