Hi my name is Frank Clarke with Oliver and Associates Realty in London Ontario on behalf of expertvillage.com. I want to discuss with you briefly those two minute notice showing that you'll get. Now this is our family room in this house and this is the room which generally between this and the kitchen would be the messes and what we need to do is realize that those two minute showing do happen when you are selling your house. That Realtor calls and boom you have to get ready. So generally your house is stage already. We've got it all to snuff and you are ready for showing. But last night you where in the tv room you watched a little tv you left your magazines around, your cushions are all piled up, so minutes away is that Realtor and that possible buyer what you need to do is to organize your room quickly, you need to put personal items away, pizza coupons, things like that get rid of them, tidy your magazines, put your remote where it counts, this would be there family room to you have to remember that. But lets get all the cushions all put back together nicely and make sure that this room shows it is the best that it could show. This goes through the whole house you would like to wipe through the whole house and make sure those beds are made, the tee towels aren't left on the counters that there is no pot and pans on the stove, and just generally be able to present the house the best that you can with a little notice as possible.
