Hello, I'm Sifu Mallon of the Clearwater Kung Fu Center. This is kick boxing. I'm working another four move combination. The movement is called a switching round kick. So I'm going to go jump switch round kick, land. Then I'm going to fire my right back fist and I'm going to cross behind, right hook punch and fire my reverse punch finishing the move off. So you've got one kick and three punches. The kick is a jump kick. So this is the idea of your opponent rushing in. You're not moving forward with the kick and you're not moving backwards with the kick. You're standing your ground. O.k., going through at medium speed so you can see the movements. One, I dip down, I jump and throw my right round kick. This should be thrown at the body or head, land. As I land I throw my right back fist out. My right back fist pumps as my left foot sets behind, hook punch, shift into my reverse punch. O.k., again. O.k., so I start from here, I bend, I throw the right round kick. Right jump switch round. Boom to the head, land, throw my back fist cross behind, hook punch, reverse punch. O.k., normal speed. O.k., again this is a little bit more of an advanced combination so you want to work it slow and in control in the beginning. This is our four move kick box combination.
