Hello, my name is Jeff Fiffie. Today I'm going to show you how to remove and replace a water pump on a Mazda-627. Now we want to put our pulley in place. This is the pulley we're going to use. We have one of the bolts here with two sycons on it to space it because we want to get a snug fit against the pulley itself. This pulley has pre-drilled holes in it already so now you just have to put them in nice and snug and evenly, we don't want to strip out the hole. And once we get that started, we got it started. Okay, now we grab the other bolt and we're going to put it in the other side. That way we can get it nice and evenly. And screw it in the other side. Again it's very important that you put it in their nice and evenly. Okay once you put your bolts in place and have them in there a good start, take a half inch wrench and you want to tighten your pulley very tight. Both sides you want to make sure you tighten it evenly. We don't want our pulley to be off center. Okay, now it's tight. Now for our centerpiece which is the actual bolt that's going to drive out the pulley itself, you're going to need either a crescent wrench or you can use a socket to go clockwise, and this would take the harmonic balancer out towards us.
