Good Excuse Makers

Now we're going to talk about good excuse makers and obviously, good excuse makers are pretty much going to be the exact opposite of your bad excuse makers. Good excuse makers are the people that make excuses in moderation. Every once in a while they have an excuse for something. They tend to avoid blaming others that they work with for things that are going wrong. They don't attribute their failures to other people or the company. The good excuse maker is the person who will tend to acknowledge his or her responsibility for their actions, for the things that they say, for the things that they do most of the time. And what they tend to do is confess that they did it. They may make an excuse, 'well, I did it, I just didn't feel like it'. There is sometimes an excuse but it is attached with accepting responsibility for what they did. Rather than just constant blame, constant refusal to accept responsibility for their actions.
