Ginger Shrimp: Ingredients

Alright, let's go over the ingredients that we're going to need to make this dish. We're going to be taking some shrimp and we're going to be taking the shells off that and just throwing it away. We won't be using that to make a stock. We'll be taking a bit, a bulb of garlic; probably cut it out of; excuse me of ginger, we'll be cutting that off here. We'll be taking the skin off and then dicing it up. That will go into our marinade. We're going to use one red pepper. That's going to go into our mayonnaise. So, we have mayonnaise back here. We're going to use some asparagus spears. This is going to go; it's going to be cooked after the shrimp, but the shrimp's actually going to lie on top of this when we're done cooking. We've got some white onion. We're going to use a lime, that's going to go in our marinade. Some cayenne pepper, that's going to go in our mayonnaise. We're going to use some hot chili oil, some sherry cooking wine, some rice vinegar, some soy sauce and some sesame oil. We're going to be using this sesame oil twice. We're going to be using it in our shrimp marinade and then later on to cook our asparagus. We're going to have some corn starch. We're going to add that with our sesame oil to thicken up our sauce with our asparagus. Some roasted red peppers. That's going to go with our menus. We're going to make a vegetable base. We're going to use some orange juice, some white wine vinegar, a little bit of red wine, some garlic cloves and some oil.
